Coaching offerings.


The following are the current coaching offerings.  All begin with a 30 minute free call to discuss client needs.  These offerings are not mutually exclusive.  Each may be adjusted to your unique need.  Nothing on this list fit your needs?  Let’s talk and see what does.  Set up a time to visit if you are looking individual sessions.

Program One

One month intensive leadership development.  $1000 paid prior to first session.  Client can meet in 45 minute sessions as many times is needed that will fit in the schedule in one month’s time.  The design of this coaching is more open to meet the need of the client.  However, below are some things we would likely cover.  At the end of the month a reassessment and evaluation session with the client will occur.  Do we continue for another month?

Sample outline

  • Session one – An assessment of need will occur.  Client may choose a topic from the topic list or we will customize based on client need.  From this discovery, create a list of “to dos” for next time.
  • Sessions two – four+
  • Review what “to dos” were accomplished 
  • What got in the way of any unfinished intentions? 
  • Session on topic meeting client needs (Choose from topic list or customize based on client need)
  • Next steps based on session topic.

Program Two:

Two months leadership development.  Weekly meeting.  $1800 paid prior to first session.  45 minute sessions, weekly, over two months’ time.  The design of this coaching is open to meet the need of the client.  However, below are some things we would likely cover.  Any topic from program one can be substituted for topics listed below.

  • Sessions two – eight
    • Review what “to dos” were accomplished 
    • What got in the way of any unfinished intentions? 
    • Session on topic meeting client needs (Choose from topic list or customize based on client need)
    • Next steps based on session topic.

After week eight, a re-assessment and evaluation session with the client will occur.  Have we met goals?  Do we continue with another 2 months?

Program Three:

Two months, bi-weekly leadership development.  $800 paid prior to first session.  45 minute sessions, bi-weekly, over two months’ time.  The design of this coaching is open to meet the need of the client, using the program model/topics.

Program Four:

Three months, weekly leadership development.  $2400 paid prior to first session.  45 minute sessions, weekly, over three months’ time.  The design of this coaching is open to meet the need of the client, using the program model/topics.

Program Five:

Three months, bi-weekly leadership development.  $1600 paid prior to first session.  45 minute sessions, bi-weekly, over three months’ time.  The design of this coaching is open to meet the need of the client, using the program model/topics.

Program Six:

Six months, weekly leadership development.  $3800 paid prior to first session.  45 minute sessions, weekly, over six months’ time.  The design of this coaching is open to meet the need of the client, using the program model/topics.

Program Seven:

Six months, bi-weekly leadership development.  $2500 paid prior to first session.  45 minute sessions, bi-weekly, over six months’ time.  The design of this coaching is open to meet the need of the client, using the program model/topics.

At the end of each timeframe, a re-assessment and evaluation session with the client will occur.  Have we met goals?  Do we continue with another set amount of time?

Leadership Mastermind Group:

  • Minimum – 3 persons, Maximum – 5 persons 
  • 3-4 persons:  $75 per person per session, 3 sessions per month, 3-6 month commitment
  • 5 persons:  $60 per person per session, 3 sessions per month, 3-6 month commitment
  • All fees paid first day of each month in advance.  Sessions are weekly 45 minutes to 1 hour.  3 month commitment.

1 – 2 day seminars:

Set up an appointment for pricing.  The larger the group, the lower the price per person.

Coaching Teams:

First week of the month, meet with whole team.  Other weeks of the month, met with each individual for 45 minute sessions.  Minimum 3 month commitment.  Teams of 3-5:  $3000 paid prior to first session. Teams of 6-9:  $4000 paid prior to first session.

Weeks 1, 5, and 9 will be team meetings.  Weeks 2, 3, 4 6, 7, 8 will be sessions with each individual team member.

After week twelve, a re-assessment and evaluation session with the client will occur.  Have we met goals?  Do we continue with another 3 months?

The following topics are a high level view of common areas of work for most clients.  However, the commitment is to meet the client’s needs in real time drawing on real time issues.  These may be used as prompts for direction.
